The Importance of Organizing With Migrant Workers
I think the first thing is to organize with migrant workers and to do that in solidarity with them um and to ensure that it's their demands and it's their concerns that are central to any discussion. The other thing that we really want to kind of focus on in the immediate future is this demand for firewalls between immigration enforcement and labor inspectors because that puts migrant workers at risk. I think you know if that's something that trade unions could start to to organize around and support as a concrete demand I think that would be really brilliant"
