The OWL Bear - The Monster of the Night
The owl bear's beaks are serrated so that they have the ability to actually shear through meat. One thing specified they can rotate their forearms so that they can do the all bear hug and crush. The mothers once the baby's hatch did not produce milk because the cubs were carnivorous from birth. And there are tons of other features that have been mentioned.
