I'm a great believer that people should be able to express themselves however they want with safety and dignity 100%. But there has to be fairness for everybody across society. In sports, quite fascinating, because if we have a transgender man, so a biological female that wants to compete, i.e. the NC2As,. same thing that Leo Thomas competed in - he still opted to race with the women. I was very proud of World Rugby being the first Olympic sports to say we're going to protect the female athletes as an option. There are still lots of contact sports that are not protecting their female athletes from injury. Men kicking 50% harder than women is like hitting someone 160% harder
