Bart Is a Dumb Character

Bart is very I think he's multifaceted. He's a very well rounded character in every word, both physically and mentally. Bart actually exerts the most other than when he fails at flirting, just rare. Brink Tussler had a good like character development because by the end of the year, he ended up saving the infinite interns. Next time we'll have another episode kicking off the new arc.
