The More I Practice, the Less Lucky I Get

According to Neil, luck is when something happens that could have easily gone another way and it matters. If a coin comes down heads, that's luck because it could easily have happened otherwise. That's the chance-iness bit of luck. In addition, it's got to be the case that it matters. So I don't think it's true that the more you practice, the luckier you get. The more you practice,. the less luck has to do with it.
