The Importance of Balance in Athletes

The first step is to figure out, is there enough calories or fuel coming in to sustain the activities? Absolutely. I would use objective data such as, depending on the athlete and, you know, collect weight or skim folds or waste measurements to see if their body is changing. And then also subjective questions like, are you sleeping well? What are your energy levels? How hungry are you, etc. It doesn't necessarily have to be in which an individual isn't getting the right amount of energy from the foods and drinks for what they're trying to achieve.
