The Support for Ukrainians Is a Contested Issue in the Next Year
I think an analogy that we could also use would be the Montenegrin Ottoman War in the late 19th century when the Ottomans should have had overwhelming force to crush the Montenegrins, but the Montenegrin's demonstrated tremendous will and perseverance. And I just think that when you look at what Russia is doing to mobilize, there's just no way that they can generate the combat power to subjugate Ukraine overall. So I feel better about Ukraine's prospects from a military perspective, but you're quite right. The support for the Ukrainians must be sustained and it has to include economic and financial support as well.
