I'm prepared to ask you some hard questions and I think there are some hard questions that need to be asked as well as us spending some time talking about the last 12 years of your involvement in the sport of triathlon. So this was my decision and this has been one that has been coming for a while. You know it's not an easy business it's a business that has a lot of a lot of complexity there's a lot of passion associated with it people care a lot, so we'll find somebody fabulous. Yeah yeah I don't know if that's a good thing that I'm in the same conversation as Hamburg but you know it is what it is anyway hopefully we can make
