Mining Machines - Is There a Bifurcation in Price Per Terra Hash?

A lot of developments that were started a year ago or whatnot are finally coming online, presumably. A perfect example of that is Riot, they just broke ground on that one gigawatt facility in Texas. That's going to take like eight months or something for those things. So especially these large miners, they work on very large, long time scales.
