The Input, the Output, and the Competition

All too often i see gim motors, including myself, at times, have been so miopic that we've only focused on what happens inside the four walls of our building. One of the things you should really care about that's out there in the external environment is your competition. And all too often, i think pe and have had many phone calls wher we talk to unicorsity members and other clients that we work with, who are just to have a kind of a blind spot to that. It's something they haven't focused on. We admittedly don't talk a lot about where do you fall within the competitive landscape?
