How to Test Python on Ubuntu

The Python 3.0 release is coming in May, but not everyone on Ubuntu can use it yet. The team at Visual Studio has been trying to fix a problem with the create environment command for users who don't know they've installed certain packages. They were also running into problems when people used Docker containers instead of traditional distro installers. A blog post was written about how this could be made easier by adding an error message that says VEMPIP isn't working if you're using Debian-based Linux.
