The Future of Merchant Credit in the Marketplaces

I think it's very exciting because if you look at a lot of the marketplaces, there is a need for these merchants to have access to some form of credit. The fact that Shopify and other marketplaces are coming up with solutions, attracts these merchants to that marketplace as it helps them to sell more. So I think that's very exciting. From an SME perspective, the trend to offer more financing products to that segment is also positive,. Particularly from the likes of Shopify where they have potentially a large user base or customer base. It could really make a tangible dent in the adoption and how many merchants have access to the product.
