How to Deal With a Time Constraint

Orion is unable to start a task because he can't work with the time constraint. He says people who are relying on him to do something often render him unable to do it. The asking, or this is bigger if you're married, or the reminding by someone else has rendered me unable to do the task. Some of my videos to be specific so they can take longer to make.
