Is There a Balance Between the Unconscious and the Conscious?

I think that the idea of wholeness includes lack. It includes contradiction. It includes holes, basically. So I don't think that there's any kind of harmonious thing. Jung gets credit because he started, or at least as largely been sort of adopted by a lot of the New Age movement,. but I don't read Jung in that way.
