CNN's John Sutter talks about the benefits and drawbacks of smart home technology. He says you don't have to be stuck with just one or two devices that work well together. The Home Hub, for example, has a second timer on pretty much anything in the Apple world. But he doesn't want to do something four times and hope that any given two of them worked.
