The Effects of Mind Muscle Connection on Hypertrophy

The mind muscle connection did translate with better hypertrophy, at least in one of the muscles that we looked at. If you want to direct a stimulus maximally to the muscle that you're looking to develop, it just kind of makes logical sense. And again, we've carried out to date the only study on the topic and it lent some credence to that.
