The Digital Fair Repair Act Is Signed in Minnesota

The Digital Fair Repair Act has been signed by Minnesota's governor, Tim Walz. It means that manufacturers have to provide all Minnesotans with the same parts, tools and software they make available to their own repair providers. The law begins first of July 2024 and it applies to products sold after the first of July 2021.
