Is There a Balance Between Standardization and Chaos?

I think at times in the past, we've been maybe too far in the chaos direction. One of our values is like, be bold and challenge the status quo. But I don't think we want to completely constrain teams or say you can only use these tools. So I, I'm liking the benefits that we're enjoying from increased standardization. And so I guess we'll see how that, how that evolves.
