Is There a Capture of the Upside of Fixed Rate Rents?

The fixed rate may protect you in the downside, but you also may not capture any of the new upside that's coming from people that are deciding to maybe use your asset as a transient workspace. People are going to learn how to use remote workspaces either in one way or the other. And that may or may not increase demand substantially enough to make up for the lack of opportunity infixed rate rents.
