I know they've been variable and unpredictable in the past. So just ten years of predictability is such a long, open runway. I actually think that this, beyond me being more challenging to comply with, is actually really good industrial policy. But what centr mansion essentially insisted on was that we were not going to send tax credits to chinese battery manufacturers or eno critical minerals producers.
