Do Batse Fossilize Well?

Hard bodies tend to fossilize pretty well. Yet those dermal skeletons, those sub dermal armored rings, are bony,. They are bone, so they can fossilize just as well as their skeleton or their skull, or any part of them. So it's kind of a mixed bag as to how well this roup is represented. Some have a decent representation, others not so much. Over al, though it is not amazing, it makes me kind of think of insects, ye where like your body is covered in hard parts. O you have an exo skeleton. But this is also a very tiny, delicate animal also.
