How does a coach become better at thinking of the contextual? Yeah. Well, and this is where we use the I-beam. So I look at how do you see yourself now in your current context, your identity? What are you trying to achieve that it's not working for you? And then we're kind of getting a felt sense for what this person may most need to have be different about themselves to be more successful or getting closer to their outcome.
