You'd have to supplement with like 30 grams of cologin per day. There is at least evidence that doses as high as 15 grams a day can be tolerated if they're timed appropriately. But in terms of what kind of doses are actually tolerable for glycine, there have been people who take nine grams on an empty stomach and report some abdominal pain and some soft stools. So i don't want to seem like i'm sang ya. I mean, one weird trick, get ten grams of glycine every day.
