Ryan Hall is the only American to ever run a marathon in under 205 with a time of 204.58. He also holds the American Half Marathon record at 59.43. Ryan retired from professional running in 2016 to start his coaching business run-free training. At the same time, he took on a new challenge to transform his body and become a powerlifter which resulted in him adding more than 40 pounds of body weight.
