There is not really much in terms of enforcement. Countries did not an did not want to have another aa ro pc w in the field of health. The question is, can these be strengthened? I don't see countries rushing to give w cho more tools to enforce the law. But at the very least there should be a non antagonistic, ar non judgmental system of compliancemonitory that can detect gaps"
