The Negative Visualization of Happiness

Negative visualization comes from the Stoics in ancient Greece and Rome. The idea is that when you are about to take some risk you're about to do something that might fail but would be awesome if it worked. It's really empowering because firstly you find your anxiety was crazily exaggerated relative to what could go wrong. You have to keep replenishing these levels of optimism and enthusiasm by doing more visualization or going back to positive thinking seminar.
