Mark, your talking about these nerrv degenerative disorders such as alsheimers and parkinsons. Can you explain to listeners what some of these hall marks are? And how much fasting does it take in other words, when does this benefit accrue? You know, when you look at exercise, you get a benefit pretty quickly. I think i've read in the or something like 30 minutes of relatively hard exercise. How does that work for fasting?
