Center of Pressure in the Golf Swing

Centere of pressure is a it's sort of an analogue of vertical force. The faster the center of pressure moves to the left or lead side, typically we start seeing higher clubs speed. There are two ways to increase that ratio: inrease the left side force and decrease the right side force. Either of those would certainly shift the ratioan increase the ratio to the left side. It really helps create,. at least in the face on view, a greater rotational velocity.
