A good work of art is the one that stimulates each sole part in the appropriate way, he says. So does that mean that for plato, a good work of Art is to stimulate both? That would certainly be right, yes. And i think tha the issue for plato is, is my life in art and with art, part of a communicative process between me and the world i inhabit,. where both i and the world flourish.
