Shilanka's External Debt

Shilanka is no stranger to foreign debt. It it's played with foreign debt for a very long time, because it in nof small economy with largely relies on imports. But after that, you know, it slowly started reducing. And so there's this whole bunch of such an aspect, which i think hurt shilunk and ignominy. So as much as we like to blame the current president for some of problems, i think this has been in the works for more than eight, eight to nine years. Either way, it's at least more than eight or six or seven years in the making, we're talking about today.
