I wish we talked more about customer onboarding, because I do think that that experience really makes or breaks the customer experience. And it creates a lot of stress in the business. We don't get those access points in time that customer experience may not be our fault, but it doesn't matter, right? In this business, if there was one tagline about customers versus bookkeeping or accounting firm, what matters is what you're doing for me tomorrow.
