How to Create a Design Problem in a Small Group
All willing stake holders should join the co creation sessions, says Ive. Tie back your design problem to the goals that you're trying to achieve and it'll keep everyone focused. Follow up with the group with outcomes and really repeat back what happened in a place that everyone can refer back to. If a conflict can't be resolved, which sometimes happens, am in the session, then you can save it for a follow-up later on.
