The Problem With Retention of Tenants on the Government Side
I remember when I started, I wanted to get stuff done very fast and very tight timelines. And then slowly but surely, I guess you get used to the lack of urgency or maybe the way things are done in the building. And so you become slower, you also have a tough time keeping up and stay aware of what's happening on the commercial side. You just don't realize you're slowing things done and then effectively creating more issues. So I think that's why it's pretty important to have this kind of turnover between the commercial side and the government.
