The Death Penalty in China Is a Very Serious Sentence
In china's legal system, most death sentences can be suspended after two years if the inmate has demonstrated good behavior. If so, then the sentence gets reduced to life in prison. On august twentieth, two thousand 12, bogu kaili was given a suspended death sentence. She accepted her sentence and chose not to contest the charges. But what's interesting is all the other people in valv who had work to cover up what happened were charged with bending the law for personal benefit. Each man was sentenced to five to 11 years in prison.
