What's the Valley of Vision?

In verse seven, isaiah says the valley of vision will be full of chariots. But what's the vision that isaia's seen? He's seen the assyrian army, and he probably sees the babylonian army too, coming against them. And i think this is so important, because this is one of the places where he gives a warning to jerusalem and hezekiah, that makes a difference. We're going to come back to that in a minute.
