How Many Runs Should You Make in a Monte Carlo Simulation?

Ritand: How many a run should you make in a monte carlo simulation to get an accurate picture of how the strategy might perform? Ritand: I normally do around five thousand. And that gives me fairly stable results. So i don't necessarily try to develop systems with position sizing and mind. That doesn't bother me, because i like the diversification of trading multiple systems.
