Meditation - The Mindfulness Meditation

The resting meditation, we stat begin with watching the breath. An a breathing in, breanin, out. You don't need to analyze the breath. Or then look at the sense of me with the sam is watching your breath. Now you look at me, then you see things. Clear, clear. Ya, concentration, none is very strong. Not too tight, not too tight. So no matter what we call no peter, you will think more peter. No one can be called 'no Peter' because he or she doesn't exist. That kind of understanding and awareness can be achieved through an a meditation. First you have to analyze, then you need rest.
