Amulete was booked to play at Rocket Public House, but they could not. Easy Cure calls up and says, hey, we'll fill in. Robert says we went down quite well and they asked us back within two or three months. Susie Sue and Steve Severn were punk kids and the Bromley contingent. They were going to those punk shows. The cure just listened to John Peel and played at the pub.
