Warming your body up for four hours a one to eight hours prior to going to bed increases slow wave sleep. And you know, when we're falling asleep and we start off our sleep with the deep sleep and slow wayve sleep, werei we're increasing that part. However, it decreases rem sleep. This is why i sleep on a tempera temperature controlled mattress. I use it because you can actually monitor your then the mattress sinks up with your sleep stages. So there you have it, guys.
