The Importance of Product Team Operational Maturity

Scrum Masters facilitate a lot of the Scrum meetings, although I've also seen product managers do this. They don't generally focus on feature planning and they deal more with the day to day execution. On some commercial applications, you may see a product marketing manager. So they deal a lot with marketing and maybe sales teams if it's something like an enterprise SaaS tool.
