The Importance of Personalization in Law
People can dispute what should be the content of the legal command. But once the legal rule is established, it is usually applied in a uniform manner. The same rule applies to everyone - one size fits all. Maybe laws are more like clothing that we wear that should fit our size. We propose a very ambitious, maybe a little bit, science fictiony method of using algorithmic methods to figure out what are the relevant differences between people and then screening people.
