Sophia Vergara was actively impressed in PR for a movie called Hot Pursuit that she had starred in alongside Reese Witherspoon. As all of this was going on, she had contractually agreed to go on all these morning programs. It's one of those classic scenarios where it feels very much like the most convenient time to drag someone down is when everybody's talking about them and things are going beautifully. You can't take your head into the sand if you're Sophia Vergara in May 2015. Your head has to be up and around because you have signed a contract that says you're going to be up & around.
