Maurizio Ritz: How much are governments defining the payments landscape, because there's lots of different moving parts in this. In some countries, we see governments playing a bigger part by actually providing the very infrastructure that they use for payments. This is not at all the same everywhere. There's presence that differs from country to country. And the more we see governments understand the impact of technology, some of them are getting closer to be the one centralized provider of that technology.
