The Benefits of Meditation
The benefits spread far wider than that, physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, absolutely. I think what what happens when we meditate is that we come back to our absolute essence, os our source. When i say spiritual, i'm talking about your spirit. And your spirit is your essence. Your essence is consciousness. Everything in the universe is energy, everything. The adrina wll end of pumping out that norepeneferine, let's tress chemistry. That is keeping you wiat, but tired. So we need to get to the reat causedand get rid of all that. People are tired, particularly what we've gone through in the last 18 months.
