From the 19 sixties through the 19 eighties, even as late as 19 96, government agencies were studying things like people seeing without their eyes and people moving objects with their minds. The government was interested in this, but never found any evidence its real. So no psychic pigeons. That's probably for the best. They just read our minds to find out how to steal more fries from us at ball games,. But if they did so far they wuld have found zero proof that any super brain powers actually exist.
