How to Extract Supercritical CO2 From Coriander Extract

With supercritical CO2, you have a little bit more flexibility with all of the different parameters that you can tweak. This coriander extract concentrates linolol and it does it at a concentration of 25%. But there's something interesting about this linolol. So as Erica mentioned earlier, linolol is also a very big component of lavender, and lavender essential oils. We are focusing solely on S linolol for our Coriander extract. And if you smell ours coriander Extract, it will not smell like lavender. It will smell more lemony. A lot of people around the office have described it as lemon pledge.
