Crude Oil: The Bottom Is In
The API reported a massive 6 million barrel drawdown. That would be the biggest drawdown since Thanksgiving of last year. Renewed upside momentum on Monday took us back over the short term. We're just about at the right level for the market to roll over again if it's going to, but I don't necessarily think that it will.
