We added subscriptions to the app kind of as a Hail Mary. Like let's see if people will pay recurring for this. This was auto renewing was the thing. And then suddenly, which wouldn't have been a problem if we had no customers, but then suddenly like we had like thousands of subscribers and a really bad infrastructure. We spent three years undoing two weeks of experiences. That became the genesis for like, why is this so hard? This should be like, Apple's not really solving this for everybody. There's a lot that you need to build to make subscriptions easy. It pushed me into revenue cuts since my whole life. So. Everybody's had that experience here.
