Introduction

Takumu M'laddal is a little bit different from an tardilo. In other words when we pass judgments on people there are other things at play and the only tool you can use is adden. Allah says the motivation that needs to be at play is justice itself. The word Adel is being used in this ayah for justice but it's actually Al-Adel Ida hakamtun bainan nasi or takumu bil-Adel.
