I think Twilio was an interesting company in that they were really really focused on being product led, it was just like in the DNA. I know that there's other companies out there like I've talked with like platform pms at Spotify. They're like they kind of like looked at me puzzled like that's just how we operate and what do you mean? So to answer your question directly I don't exactly know, but I definitely have encountered even you know Twilio and other places like pockets where I think folks are just caught up in the day to day weeds of like, Oh, here's my question.
